Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is prepared, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier you selected at checkout.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Other shipping options and rates will be available at checkout and will include estimated delivery times based on your shipping address and selected service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you provided a valid email address and phone number at checkout, you’ll also receive shipping and delivery notifications. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us at support@koreanveganbeauty.com.
International Shipping Policy
We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping via UPS and DHL to most countries. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to include your phone number in case the carrier needs to reach you.
Please note, we are unable to ship to certain destinations due to U.S. trade sanctions or carrier restrictions, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. Shipping availability is automatically determined at checkout based on your shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@koreanveganbeauty.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
For lost packages, we are able to help you file a missing package claim after 20 days from the ship-out date, in accordance with carrier claim policies.
